By accessing or using StyleTally, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
StyleTally is a fashion and style education app that provides AI-powered outfit analysis, colour analysis, daily fashion flashcards, and personalised style advice. Features vary between the free and Pro tiers.
StyleTally offers a free tier and a Pro subscription available as a monthly or annual plan.
Free tier users are limited to one outfit analysis and one colour analysis per week. Access to all flashcard scenes, full colour wheel options, and all fashion rules cards requires a Pro subscription.
When you upload images for analysis, you grant us a temporary, limited licence to process those images solely for the purpose of providing the analysis service. We do not store your images permanently or use them for any other purpose.
You are responsible for ensuring that images you upload do not infringe any third-party rights and comply with applicable laws.
You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make them available. As a user of StyleTally, you agree not to:
AI May Be Inaccurate: StyleTally uses artificial intelligence to analyze outfits and provide style recommendations. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, errors, or subjective interpretations. The analyses, scores, and suggestions are algorithmically generated and should not be considered absolute or professionally verified fashion advice.
For Inspiration and Entertainment: StyleTally's AI features are designed for personal style exploration, inspiration, and entertainment purposes. They are meant to assist you in developing your own style sense, not to replace professional styling services.
Not Professional Advice: The style analysis, color recommendations, and outfit scores provided by StyleTally do not constitute professional fashion advice, personal styling services, or any form of expert consultation. StyleTally is not liable for any decisions you make based on AI-generated recommendations.
No Guarantee of Outcomes: We make no warranties or guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of AI-generated content to your specific circumstances. Results and user satisfaction may vary significantly.
User-Selected Tone: StyleTally offers multiple AI personality options (Bailey, Hana, Charlie, Prada, Rex, Blair, Vogue), each with distinct communication styles ranging from gentle and supportive to direct and critical. You choose your preferred AI advisor and tone.
Content May Be Blunt or Humorous: Some AI personalities provide frank, blunt, or humorous feedback. This stylistic choice is intentional and user-selected. If you prefer gentler feedback, you may switch to a different AI personality at any time in your settings.
Not Intended to Harass or Harm: While certain AI personalities use more direct language, StyleTally's content is never intended to harass, bully, or cause psychological harm. The feedback is focused on fashion choices, not personal attacks.
User Responsibility: By selecting a specific AI personality tone, you acknowledge and accept the communication style associated with that choice. You assume responsibility for your selection and agree that StyleTally is not liable for any offense taken from AI-generated responses in your chosen tone.
Ownership & Permissions: You must own or have explicit permission for all photos you upload to StyleTally. By uploading images for outfit or color analysis, you represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to submit such content.
Processing License: When you upload images for analysis, you grant StyleTally a limited, temporary license to process those images solely for the purpose of generating style feedback, outfit scores, and color recommendations. This license exists only for the duration necessary to provide the requested analysis.
Data Handling: Uploaded images are processed to generate results and are not stored permanently on our servers. StyleTally does not use your uploaded content for marketing, training AI models on your personal data, or any purpose beyond providing you with the analysis service.
Right to Remove: StyleTally reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms, including images that depict minors, contain nudity or obscene content, infringe on third-party rights, or violate applicable laws.
You Retain Ownership: You retain full ownership of all images and content you upload. StyleTally does not claim ownership of your personal photos.
Access vs Ownership: StyleTally subscriptions grant you access to premium features and content, not ownership. You are purchasing the right to use premium functionality for the duration of your active subscription. Upon cancellation or termination, access to Pro features will cease.
No Refunds Outside Store Policy: All subscription purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refunds are subject to the respective store's refund policy. StyleTally does not directly process refunds. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact Apple or Google support.
Account Suspension for Abuse: StyleTally reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including but not limited to: fraudulent payment activity, account sharing, circumventing free tier limits, abusive behavior, or misuse of the service. No refunds will be provided for accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations.
Style analysis and advice provided by StyleTally is generated by artificial intelligence and is intended for entertainment and educational purposes only. It should not be taken as professional fashion, personal styling or any other form of professional advice. Results may vary.
All content within StyleTally, including the app design, flashcard content, AI personality characters, and fashion educational material, is the intellectual property of StyleTally and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our express written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. You may delete your account at any time from within the app settings. Upon deletion, all your personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
StyleTally may contain links to third-party websites, services, or content that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that StyleTally shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such third-party websites or services.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless StyleTally, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms of Service or your use of StyleTally, including but not limited to your User Content, any use of the app's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms.
No Warranties: StyleTally is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
Service Availability: We do not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on StyleTally or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this app. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of Liability: In no event shall StyleTally or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use StyleTally, even if StyleTally or a StyleTally authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
Maximum Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will StyleTally's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you have paid StyleTally in the last six (6) months, or one hundred pounds (£100), whichever is greater.
Binding Arbitration: Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, shall be determined by arbitration in England and Wales before one arbitrator. The arbitration shall be administered by a recognized arbitration body in accordance with their rules.
Class Action Waiver: You and StyleTally agree that any proceedings to resolve disputes will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You and StyleTally expressly waive any right to file a class action or seek relief on a class basis.
Exception for Small Claims: Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may bring a claim in small claims court in lieu of arbitration if the claim is within the jurisdiction of the small claims court and proceeds on an individual (non-class) basis.
StyleTally shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such failure results from any cause beyond StyleTally's reasonable control, including, without limitation, mechanical, electronic, or communications failure or degradation, acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, civil unrest, pandemic, strikes, or governmental actions.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these Terms unenforceable or invalid as a whole. Such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.
The failure of StyleTally to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. The waiver of any such right or provision will be effective only if in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of StyleTally. Except as expressly set forth in these Terms, the exercise by either party of any of its remedies under these Terms will be without prejudice to its other remedies under these Terms or otherwise.
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and StyleTally regarding your use of the app and supersede all prior and contemporaneous written or oral agreements between you and StyleTally. You may be subject to additional terms and conditions that apply when you use affiliate or third-party services, third-party content, or third-party software.
These Terms, and any rights and licenses granted hereunder, may not be transferred or assigned by you, but may be assigned by StyleTally without restriction. Any attempted transfer or assignment by you in violation hereof shall be null and void.
You may not use, export, import, or transfer StyleTally except as authorized by English law, the laws of the jurisdiction in which you obtained StyleTally, and any other applicable laws. In particular, but without limitation, StyleTally may not be exported or re-exported into any country subject to trade embargoes or to anyone on lists of prohibited or restricted parties.
By using StyleTally, you consent to receiving electronic communications from us. These electronic communications may include notices about applicable fees and charges, transactional information, and other information concerning or related to StyleTally. You agree that any notices, agreements, disclosures, or other communications that we send to you electronically will satisfy any legal communication requirements, including that such communications be in writing.
We may from time to time provide updates, enhancements, or improvements to the features/functionality of StyleTally, which may include patches, bug fixes, updates, upgrades, and other modifications ("Updates"). Updates may modify or delete certain features and/or functionalities. You agree that StyleTally has no obligation to provide any Updates or to continue to provide or enable any particular features and/or functionalities.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by providing additional notice (such as adding a statement to our homepage or sending you a notification through the app). Your continued use of StyleTally after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using StyleTally.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in England and Wales for the resolution of any disputes.
